ACCOUNTING CLERK

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. You will perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors. Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system. Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records. Work with adding machines, calculators, databases and bank accounts.
  2. You will provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
  3. Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
  4. You will be preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  5. Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  6. Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  7. Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
  8. Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  9. Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  10. Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  11. Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
  12. Constantly update job knowledge

Qualification for the Position:

  1. Graduate of Accountancy or Any related courses
